Job Description for Trainer
• Conduct planned training sessions.
• Test product functionality in course training exercises.
• Tests usability, product functionality and becomes a company expert on products and processes.
• Maintaining Training Record and keeping track of Internal as well as external training.
• Support in training related initiatives.
• continuous update for new competency.
• Coordinating training schedules.
• Developing new training modules based on engineering requirements.
• Support in improving team efficiency and accuracy.
Eligibility
•Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical required.
•1-2 years of training experience in engineering/systems with preferable experience in Automation Systems Programming and Drives.
•Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals,
•Strong Knowledge of PLC, SCADA , Drive and Microsoft Office.
•Ability to interpret training requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
