Job Description
The Automation Project Analyst role is part of the Process Automation Delivery Team in Identity & Access Management Organization within Citi, which is a division of the bigger Chief Information Security Office. Selected person will be responsible for leading projects to implement new automated solutions related to Citi's internal Identity and Access Management Services. Key responsibilities also include developing a line of sight on the automation service management processes by looking at historic trends, analyzing root causes and working with the appropriate stakeholder group for resolution.
As Automation Project Analyst you will:
- Act as a member of a globally distributed organization that strives for automation implementations across all selected applications, products
- Coordinate new automation projects with our technology partners end to end from case selection until implementation
- Develop automation project schedules based on resource (budget / labor) availabilities, key milestones & forecast implementation dates & benefits
- Ensure the availability of technical resources that are prerequisites for above activities
- Ensure all the necessary sign offs are obtained before moving applications, systems to production
- Find better ways to overcome testing and implementation challenges and improve sustainability of operation
- Develop automation project schedules based on resource availabilities (both budget and labour), key milestones, forecast implementation dates and benefits
- Analyse current automation solutions, understand changing business needs and propose strategies for the enhancement and migration to new automation framework
- Periodically review automation portfolio and perform continuous improvement activities with partner teams based on identified root causes
- Assists service delivery on establishing an automation culture into the day-to-day operation
- Coordinate the execution of all automation maintenance, enhancement and bug fixes; create, maintain and assure the quality for automation related documentation
Ideal background:
- Fluent English knowledge
- Bachelor's or University degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT or related field
- Experience as Project Analyst or Business Analyst
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Advantages:
- Experience in Project Management and Automation Projects
- Understanding of enterprise Service Management principles and configuration management
- ITIL Foundation or Practitioner level
- Project management (PMP, Prince2, CSM) or CISSP certification
- Understanding or experience with smart automation solutions (including but not limited to IDM, IIQ, Automation Anywhere, Workfusion, etc.)
