We are seeking a dedicated ACT (Audit, Consultancy and Training) Specialist to join our team, focusing on low voltage switchgear services (SI EP CS). 
This role involves conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, offering expert consulting services to optimize switchgear performance, and delivering comprehensive training programs for our clients' technical staff. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of low voltage systems, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, developing customized solutions, and staying updated with the latest technological advancements in switchgear. 
Key Responsibilities:
•     Conduct comprehensive energy audits of electrical systems to evaluate energy usage and efficiency.
•     Analyze energy consumption data to identify patterns and areas for potential savings.
•     Inspect electrical systems, including low voltage switchgear, to ensure they are operating efficiently and within 
       regulatory guidelines.
•     Develop detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and potential energy-saving measures.
•     Provide expert advice on energy-efficient technologies and practices. In depth knowledge on Harmonic filters, 
        APFC solution and its calculations.
•     Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement recommended improvements.
•     Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented energy-saving measures and adjust recommendations as 
        needed.
•Develop and implement detailed training programs on low voltage switchgear systems for both onsite and 
        offsite sessions.
•Conduct hands-on training and workshops at client locations to ensure practical understanding and application 
        of switchgear maintenance and operations.
•Deliver remote training sessions via webinars and virtual classrooms to reach a broader audience.
•Customize training materials and sessions to meet the specific needs of different clients and their technical 
        teams.
•Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
•Stay updated with the latest advancements and industry standards in low voltage switchgear and integrate this 
        knowledge into training programs.
•Provide post-training support and follow-up consultations to ensure successful implementation of learned skills.
•Create comprehensive training documentation, including manuals, guides, and multimedia resources.
•Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve the content and delivery 
        methods.
•Handling internal & external audits
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
•Extensive experience with low voltage switchgear systems.
•Strong presentation and communication skills.
•Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles and technical backgrounds.
•Willingness to travel extensively for onsite training sessions.
•Proficiency with virtual training tools and platforms.
•Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
•Preferably should possess Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) certification & ISO 50001 Lead Auditor Certification.
