Responsibilities:- Internal Audits: Perform internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Support Certification: Assist in supporting other certifications such as Higg index, Oekotex, customer audits.. etc.,
- Review Documentation: Examine an organization’s documents, records, and processes to ensure they meet ISO standards.
- Provide Feedback: Offer clear feedback and recommendations on areas where compliance is not met.
- Training: Train and guide employees about ISO standards and the auditing process, General HSE trainings to employees.
- Prepare Reports: Create detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Resolve Issues: Assist in resolving any non-compliance issues identified during audits.
- Collaborate: Work with other auditors, if necessary, to conduct complex audits.
Qualifications:- Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or quality management.
- Experience: Previous experience in auditing or quality, HSE management is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO standards and certification requirements.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
