Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide support for meeting rooms, AV rooms, and related peripherals, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with audio, video, and conferencing systems.
  • Maintain and manage AV equipment, including microphones, projectors, video conferencing systems, and related hardware.
  • Ensure smooth operation of audio/video systems for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve AV-related issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide on-site support for setup and testing of AV equipment for meetings and events.
  • Train staff on proper usage and operation of AV systems and tools.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and updates for AV equipment to optimize performance.

Requirements
  • Experience with audio, video, and conferencing setups.
  • Knowledge of meeting room AV configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical issues under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist internal teams with AV-related support
