Key Responsibilities- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Assist in setting up rooms and replenishing amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a courteous manner.
- Ensure timely room servicing and coordinate with housekeeping teams.
- Report maintenance issues to the relevant department.
- Assist in carrying luggage or providing additional support as required.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Support hotel staff in daily operations to enhance guest experience.
Essential Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel services (1-3 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude.
