Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Assist in setting up rooms and replenishing amenities.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests in a courteous manner.
  • Ensure timely room servicing and coordinate with housekeeping teams.
  • Report maintenance issues to the relevant department.
  • Assist in carrying luggage or providing additional support as required.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Support hotel staff in daily operations to enhance guest experience.
Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel services (1-3 years preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude.
