About the team:

ATM implementation team works on Adding/updating/deleting ATMs. They work for clients in US. ATM team co-ordinates with internal teams for changes related to ATM loads, Telecom and image file creations. They also provide support for troubleshooting issues with ATMs.

What you will be doing:

• Accepting Client requests and coordinate with client to get the Proper data/requirement regarding the tasks/Projects.
• Perform specified pre-live tasks, including Network and database configurations.
• Managing system configuration and Loads related to ATM software.
• Responsible for reporting, tracking and management of software tickets and Projects.
• Responsible for tracking and resolution of data, configuration and internal network issues
  that affect the ATM systems.
• Ensuring Tasks/Projects completing on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager ATM Support.

What you bring:

• Knowledge in Banking products and services through documentation, cross-training and knowledge transfer.
• Experience in Switching technology, ISO standards, Cards & Payments, Authorization, Settlement concepts.

• Hands on experience on ATM/CRM/BNA System.
• Should have knowledge on ATM terminals of NCR / Wincor / Okie / Hitachi makes
• Understanding of client server model.
• Should have experience on ATM Screen Flow, States, etc
• Should have working experience on NDC/DDC Protocol.
• Should have experience in EFT switch.
• Should have knowledge in HP nonstop Tandem-TAL/TACL.
