Job Description
Inspection of bought out components viz Press, Moulded, Brazed assemblies, CNC machined components, Carton, Labels etc.
Rejection monitoring & improvements projects to reduce rejection, defective sample analysis & corrective action
Working in 1st and 2nd Shift is MUST (on need basis 3rd shift also), Operator shift management.
Improvement projects like Six Sigma, QC story etc. Handling various activities like Kaizen, skill matrix, etc.
Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities.
Supplier Quality System / Process Audit and improvement
