GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • The Operations Manager is responsible for client coordination, Technical Training to Branch team members & Product related expertise 
  • The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Training to the branch team members ( Back office Operations, Technician, Sales Team) 
  • Product Demo / Evaluation
  • Repair & Maintenance of the existing products like Vending Machine , Hand Dryer, Air Freshener Dispenser, etc. 
  • Understanding the technician specification of the Signature range of product and implement the same in India Hygiene 
  • Making SOP Videos 
  • Client visits for evaluation/complaints whenever required.
