YOUR ROLE

• Develop and enforce Adhesives 3PL/3PM/TG SHE and Sustainability management in compliance with Corporate and Global Adhesives guideline and all regulatory requirement and enhance competency on 3PL/3PM/TG across the region
• Interact with various partners to launch continuous improvement initiatives to evaluate, mitigate and control SHE and Sustainability risks at 3PL/3PM/TG suppliers to achieve zero major SHE and sustainability issues with 3PL/3PM/TG.
• Develop and continuously improve regional standard, program, tools, training and work processes relating to SHE and Sustainability management for 3rd Party warehouse, 3rd Party carriers, contract manufacturers and traded goods suppliers in compliance with national laws / regulations and Global standards/policies.
• Work with 3PM operational manager and SCM/Logistics manager to have a specific roll plan for implementation in line with global and regional strategic plan.
• Work with business, SCM/Logistics, purchasing, site teams, Sales to drive strategic SHE and Sustainability improvement, facilitate the implementation of concrete SHE audit plan, support follow up of identified corrective actions and integrate SHE and Sustainability as part of key elements in terms of contractor/supplier selection and performance evaluation.
• Work closely with peers in SHE team and support each other to improve overall SHE program, as there are interfaces and overlaps between 3rd party SHE and Sustainability management and major SHE initiatives. Participate SHE compliance audit program.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 8 years of work experience into chemical manufacturing company
• Should be a B.E /B.Tech – Chemical and Diploma in Industrial safety, Lead auditors ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO50001:2018, NEBOSH certification added advantage
• SHE Exposure into manufacturing industry
