Responsibilities:


This position will play vital role in customer HSSE compliances & other to boost business opportunities and sustain customer for long tenure.


  • HSSE compliances and implementation
  • Conducting HSSE Training to employees, suppliers, drivers, etc.
  • HSSE Risk assessment of offices, warehouses, transport vehicles, suppliers, etc.
  • Tracking and reporting of Near miss and incidents.
  • Preparation of incident reporting / CAPA reports.
  • Preparation and circulation of management Dashboards.
  • Conduct First Aid & Firefighting Trainings
  • Conducting HSSE meeting and circulating Minutes of Meeting
  • Prepare for internal and external ISO audit.
  • Conduct Quality, EMS & Health & Safety ISO audit independently.
  • Review the requirement of compliances and plan to discuss for implementation.
  • Updating Customers / Suppliers contracts on CLM portal
  • Working on sustainability data, updating Data on greenstone software
  •  Monitoring sustainability/GHG data and advising to branches to update on Greenstone software.
  • Helping on Trade certification and compliances.
  • Organize periodic Electrical audits at all PSA BDP sites through Govt. approved certified electrician.
  • Periodic monitoring equipment maintenance for all Storage and Material Handling Equipment at warehouses. (Although this may not be applicable at this stage. It will definitely be a requirement once we commence our own warehouse operations) 
  •  Renewal of Quality Certifications e.g. ISO etc.
  • Experience from Logistics industry.



Knowledge/ Skills


  1. Minimum 7 to 10 years experience in HSSE compliances,
  2. Good in English communication and email writing.
  3. Good in excel.
  4. Power point presentation.
  5. Experience from Logistics industry
  6. Nebosh certified. Lead Auditor certification
