5.Daily Predictive Plan ensure and Data analysis of Cable plant equipment.
6. Spare Part stock Verification and Raise the short fall items PR and Follow up PO
7. Preparation of monthly reports and MIS for maintenance department.
8. Daily Preventive of Machine and predictive input incorporate with Machines.
9. Action Plan made for Machine failure and Monitoring.
10. Monitoring the power KWH, water and Diesel consumption on Daily Basis.
11.Machine Part Thermography if any Abnormal take immediate action.
12. Why Why analysis for major break downs.
13. Solar Power generation and consumption Monitoring and follow up Cleaning schedule of Solar Plate.
14. Machine CLETA check sheet abnormality correction on Daily Basis.
15. Framing out document for Maintenance MIS, TPM checklists, preventive checklists.
16. To ensure that Man, machine & plant safety procedures are followed & adhered to without fail.
17. Maintaining IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 documents.
18. Layer Audit conduct in ME spare part and Routine Job.
19. Lead and guide the team Maintenance and repairing procedure
