Job Responsibilities


  • Seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager who have ability to Handle Ocean Export shipment from India to worldwide destination.
  • The ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry with all compliances including Carrier, Liner, Indian custom law.
  • Candidate must have good command on written & spoken skill.
  • Must have a strong background in freight forwarding with current position of Assistant or deputy Manager, he will be responsible to managing day-to-day operations, co-ordination with carrier, liner, & other relevant authority.
  • Have good relationship with liner as well as co-loader, Able to handle LCL, FCL, independent booking, data entry, file AMS, ISF, ENS, ACI & keep track on time to time.
  • Candidate must follow all established procedures, improve data quality and current operational procedure. Attend customer enquiries in efficient manner and ensure customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updated vessel. Sailing status to related party & do ensure all shipments are charged correctly.
  • Supply general export information when and as required.
  • Liaise with Warehouse and Transporter, CHA and port staff, Shipping line cut-offs, pick-ups and ensure freight is checked properly before tendering .
  • Pre alerts to be sent on time along with related docs /track and trace entered.
  • Must have ability to prepare bill of lading ,air waybills ,
  • Qualifications for air export


  • Have good knowledge of system,
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using units of currency, weight, volume, and distance measurements.
  • DGR certified candidate would be prefer.



Academic Qualifications:


  • Should have worked with MNC or Local Freight Forwarder for at least 4-5 Years.
  • Good Communication and presentational skills.
  • experience from customer service background.
  • Individual contributor, quick learner.
