Division Profile: The Analytics & Data (A&D) organization is a key growth area within Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Division, playing a critical role in the execution of the wider Wealth Management strategy. The use of analytics and data will be a key driver in accelerating growth across all client segments, enabling data-driven decision making and delivering the best client experience. Position Summary: Associate role to join our Analytics & Data organization in the MSAW Analytics and Platform team, which is responsible for reporting, analyzing, and driving insights on the key metrics of all MSAW Workplace products. The candidate will be responsible for the ongoing distribution of multiple various reports to business stakeholders, engaging teams across the organization to help with consolidating and streamlining various high impact key metrics reporting. Additionally, you will partner with the MS at Work business teams and functions like Sales, Servicing, Finance and Marketing teams to create opportunities for optimal impact and measurement across various products and service models. These analyses would drive the adoption of MS at Work products by facilitating and monitoring the participant engagement and convert them to advice clients. Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following: Assist in supporting Stock Plan reporting across multiple projects and stakeholders. Collaborate with team in Mumbai, NY/NJ, and Budapest to distribute a suite of senior management reports to be produced on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Deliver key metrics, reports, and dashboards with insights to various stakeholders across multiple business units and functions. Problem solving skills - ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations. Analytical skills - Analyze data to identify key trends, proficient in data reconciliation, comparison and benchmarking. Data validation skills - Be able to leverage different data sources and methodologies to verify accuracy of output. Teamwork skills - The candidate must be flexible in their work style and be able to work collaboratively with others on the team. Provide reporting support as needed. Experience: Associate: 2 years of analytics experience (3-5 years overall). Bachelor's degree required. Experience in Data & Analytics a plus
