PBG and the Banks are important contributors to both the revenue and earnings of Wealth Management and represent a significant growth opportunity for the Firm. The PBG Analytics team provides data driven insights to the PBG product, sales and marketing teams and advises Senior Leadership on key decision points through analytics and research. This highly collaborative team is looking for a strategic thinker with excellent data and analytical skills - someone with a passion for driving business growth by helping to develop hypotheses, uncover new opportunities, and quantify their potential impact. Position Summary Research and analyze data pertaining to Banking and Lending clients, as well as the broader wealth management client base Synthesize key findings to solve business problems and generate business insights Develop Customized Reporting of data and insights in support of ongoing business initiatives Design/create management dashboards/reports with key KPIs to measure and track success Highlight business trends and identify potential growth opportunities to drive higher adoption of PBG deposit and lending solutions across all channels: FA Advised, Self-Directed, and Workplace Research questions from senior management and deliver data-driven solutions to complex business problems Utilize product/data knowledge to deliver on ad-hoc analysis when required Experience Bachelors degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related education 3-6 years of experience in an Analytics role in any peer banks or financial institution Experience and/or interest in Wealth management, Banking and Lending as plus Experience with Data visualization tools (Tableau) a plus
