Within the Technology, Data and Product group (HR), the Talent Development (TD) team supports career growth and fulfilment by offering our employees and managers within Global Technology (GT) and Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) a suite of carefully designed learning experiences that help build knowledge & develop skills for performance & career and advance our strategy.


Job Summary:


We strategize, design and implement programs and events to share technical and professional skills at scale (POWERUP) create targeted development programs (TELP, LEAP and DEVUP) support social learning communities (IGNITE) and build cultures that empower and invest in our managers (virtual and online manager focused training). All experiences must continue to evolve to ensure they are connected to our talent strategy and include the right content to enable change towards business outcomes & career fulfilment.


We are looking for a Delivery Project Manager to join our dynamic and ambitious team that will work across the Talent Development team to support the design of events and deliver & evolve some of our learning experiences. Working with an already established team, the Delivery Project Manager will proactively build and manage collaborative relationships with Tech Centres, Content and Domain leads and build new collaborations regionally and globally, where required. A creative and organised mindset is essential, as they will play an active role in ideating, planning and delivering events, mapped to learning journeys so that our employees connect, learn and understand how to apply skills learned for maximum impact.  


  • Global Travel will be required

 Key responsibilities include: 


  • Manage in-person learning conferences/events that have employees, outcomes, targeted learning, community building & value at the centre of the experience, including POWERUP, DEVUP and Ignite community activities. 
  • Assist with the facilitation and management of portfolio experiential learning in location, these could include professional virtual sessions aligned to our newly formed Virtual and Online manager focused learning offerings (currently in the build phase).
  • Manage key partner and stakeholder relationships proactively & effectively to build trust, transparency & enable delivery (including Tech Centre Leadership, Event Management, Internal and External vendors and Communications).
  • Work closely with the program Comms lead to ensure all branding and messaging used within standard artefacts is on point and appropriate.
  • Drive the proactive mitigation/resolution of key risks and issues that impact event success and ensure they are articulated to leadership.
  • Use a product mindset to deliver programs, focusing on outcomes and customer needs and use data to evolve iteratively for continuous improvement so the programs remain fit for purpose and set up for success.

Skills Required


  • A delivery mindset, excellent project management skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to navigate & partner across a large, global firm (e.g. across LOBs, regions, functions, levels)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Team-oriented, actively participating to foster a positive work environment with peers
  • Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively; can confidently and quickly make decisions
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude, willing to take on a variety of tasks 
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other Office applications - ability to support the creation of senior level presentations and materials
  • Proficiency in other tools is a plus: SurveyMonkey, IEMS, MS Teams, basic HTML skills

Desirable skills


  • Some experience in data analytics and creating impactful data views on platforms (alteryx, tableau)
