Role Overview:


The Associate – Supply Chain will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, mitigating risks, and improving overall operational performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and drive process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process Analysis & Improvement: Identify risks, delays, obstructions, and weaknesses in supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Transaction Processing & Troubleshooting: Assess daily transactions, ensure accuracy, and resolve processing issues in a timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Notify Quality Assurance teams of process fallouts and contribute to maintaining high operational standards.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Generate and analyze MIS reports, track key performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth process execution.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with team members to achieve departmental goals and foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and ensure process compliance.
  • Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Upgrade skills as per evolving business needs and take on new responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree/Engineering in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations, process analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP/ERP systems, and supply chain management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
