Technical Expertise, Scientific Leadership and Strategy

Strong understanding of basic design of experiments and classical inference methodologies
Applies more complex design and analysis (with supervision)
May perform study lead statistician role
Shares learnings with peers and contributes at internal technical discussions/forums

Identifies and begins to interpret problems in processes/results and communicates them to supervisor/manager
Able to solve some aspects of discreet problems (with supervision)

Compliance, Quality and Governance

Working knowledge of all applicable policies and procedures
Executes assigned tasks with high quality, integrity and attention to detail
Performs Quality Control (QC) of own work independently and QC of other people's work under supervision
Working knowledge of Good Practice (GxP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) requirements, internal processes and external regulations that govern drug development (where applicable)
Complete any post audit/inspection activities within the required timeline
Ensures archiving commitments related to assigned tasks are completed to expectations & timelines
