Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 5 years.
- Expertise in Kanban, Program Backlog Management.
- Strong workingexperience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in release planning and backlog refinement.
- Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally.
- Ability to drive continuous process improvement and Agile coaching.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, UX).
- Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe), LeSS, or Nexus frameworks.
- Certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
- Background in software development or QA (understanding of SDLC).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Foster an environment of self-organizing teams and Agile maturity.
- 聽Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- 聽Track and report team velocity, burndown charts, and release progress.
- Sprint Planning & Release Management
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to define realistic sprint goals and release plans.
- Work with teams to refine the product backlog, ensuring clear and achievable deliverables.
- Align technical dependencies, risks, and priorities for seamless releases.
- 聽Ensure on-time, high-quality releases by identifying bottlenecks early.
- 聽Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Coach teams on Agile principles, mindset, and best practices.
- Drive cross-team coordination and resolve conflicts to improve efficiency.
- Implement data-driven decision-making for productivity enhancements.
- Advocate for Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, test automation, DevOps collaboration). Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide transparent updates on sprint/release progress, risks, and blockers to leadership.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and QA to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Communicate key metrics and insights for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor鈥檚 or master鈥檚 degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
