Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 5+years.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript, including proficiency in popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux.
- In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6, and DOM manipulation.
- Strong working experience on React, React Hooks, Redux, Redux-Saga/Redux-Thunk and related technologies.
- Hands on experience with Node/Hapi JS/Express/Factify.
- Experience in unit testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme.
- Expertise in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, performant code
- Deep knowledge around aspects of scalability, load balancing, memory optimization and application performance for large scale cloud-based applications.
- Experience with tools such as React-Router, React-Query, and familiarity with isomorphic React (a plus).
- Understanding of the CI-CD implementation and code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, etc
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools, including GitHub Actions.
- A knack for performance optimization and maintaining a strong Web Vitals score.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA for story grooming and backlog management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on secure, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIE
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects.
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
