JOB DESCRIPTION:
Associate Staff Accountant- Credit Control
The Opportunity:
The Credit Controller is responsible for chasing outstanding invoices to the global Commvault companies and as such they have a vital role in the cash flow of the organization ensuring credit given to customers is supervised and controlled efficiently.
Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, this is a hybrid role, part remote and part in-office. Where you will be expected to work Monday through Friday total hours of nine hours, with some overtime at lively periods such as quarter ends.
What you’ll do…
Handling inquiries and resolving issues for a ledger spanning the global regions while delivering outstanding customer support.
Ensuring timely collections and maintaining a low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by effectively engaging with customers via email, phone, and online portals.
Performing daily cash allocations using NetSuite and effectively handling journal entries to facilitate payment transfers between entities and record withholding tax.
Reconciling credit card payments from card processing systems. Processing credit card payments, creating and sending credit card payment links to customers.
Sending invoice copies and statement of account to customers. Ensuring all invoices have been sent and submitted via portals.
Updating customer records and maintaining credit records.

B. Com, CA Inter, M. Com or MBA in Finance.
Good negotiation skills the ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly.
