Purpose of the role :
Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational success.
What you will do :
Managing the end to end talent acquisition process for creative, technical and international mandates including sourcing, screening and evaluating, representing and advocating the role and the organization accurately, scheduling conversations, sharing feedback and closing the loop with all candidates.
Building networks of great potential hires, attracting key talent and hiring culturally fit people.
Helping hiring managers build teams, by understanding the current gaps within the team.
Staying informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates in international markets.
Develop and implement strategic plans for closing international hiring considering local regulations, cultural nuances, and market dynamics
Conducting salary benchmarking and market mapping.
Striving to build meaningful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Developing attractive employer branding initiatives to create a positive image of the organization and engage with prospective candidates.
Find ways to celebrate our people and occasions important to OML. Help team members unwind and develop better work life boundaries.
Enable and encourage team members to focus on all round learning and upskilling.
Help new team members settle in and exiting team members transition out smoothly.
Gather feedback at every stage of team members’ lifecycle and present recommendations based on findings.
Make all people policies and processes metric and purpose driven.
Routinely investigate people trends and benchmark best practices.
Who you are :
You love talking to people, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You’re great with negotiations. You can be assertive when needed.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite apps.
You have excellent time management skills & the ability to multitask.
You are a self starter and are accountable for your work.
What you have done already :
You have a degree in Human Resources.
You have about 3- 4 years of relevant experience in end to end recruitment .
You have knowledge of media, technical, engineering fields and industry trends.
You have experience hiring top talent for technical teams.
You have used application tracking systems, software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
