Title:
Responsible for global, strategic Real Estate property asset management and operations. Includes developing portfolio analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to maximize the efficient use of current and potential real property assets. Plans cost effective and timely real estate transaction services including property selection, negotiates acquisition by lease or purchase, portfolio management, disposal through sale or sublease, and management related issues. Responsible for design, construction, and renovation of Company facilities and the negotiation and administration of operational contracts. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
