Job Summary:


At 3M, Banking Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the bank, ensuring efficient management of Bank accounts located globally which includes Opening, Closing, modification of Bank accounts, updating Signers as and when needed, able to manage the ad hoc KYC requests by the bank, maintaining proper storage of bank account related documents over the company database. This role also involves compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service, along with working closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Bank Account Management: Efficiently managing the bank accounts maintained for the organization globally which involves Opening, Closing, modification of bank accounts.
  • Signers Management: Ensuring that the signers are updated against all the bank accounts , supported by all the relevant documents to meet the compliance requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update related documents over the company database.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any operational challenges.

Qualifications:


  • B. Com / Any graduate with prior experience in finance / treasury operations with 2-3 years of experience.
  • MBA, Finance with 2 to 3 years of experience and having experience in Data Analytics would be added advantage.

Skills:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
