Job Summary:
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to technical projects with moderate complexity. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills while working on real-world problems in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving project goals and solving technical challenges.
• Work on moderately complex backend tasks under general supervision.
• Write, test, and maintain backend code for applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues within the backend system.
• Communicate with team members to align on technical solutions.
• Follow defined procedures and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of backend technologies, databases, and APIs.
• Some experience with programming languages like Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to feedback.
• A technical degree or equivalent experience (less than 2 years preferred).
