Job Description – Associate SB Designer and Illustrator


Within Customer Service Engineering & Maintenance, The Retrofit Solutions organization has the mission todeliver and support value added Retrofit Solutions package to maintain continued aircraft airworthiness andimprove Customers operations & profitability.

Deliver and Support added value Retrofit solution packages to maintain continued aircraft airworthiness andimprove Customers Operations & profitability


Experience Level Needed: 3-5 years as SB Designer and Illustrator 


Ensure that information provided in Service Bulletins (SB) meets Customer satisfaction in terms ofsafety, quality, lead-time and cost level.


Technical analysis: List of Pre-mod/Post Mod technical solutions, List of accesses to perform theembodiment, Man-hours computation and several data recovery to be store in SB FolderConfiguration analysis of the impacted fleet in regards with the Technical analysis to be used in theConfiguration management tool.


Kit definition based on Technical analysis to be filed in the tool.


Author the SB and associated List of Components through the dedicated tools and provide thePreview Draft.


Retrieve the DMU source data and rework the data to comply with illustration standards.Satisfy Customer expectations in term of safety, quality, lead time and cost


To use in defined SB rules authoring tools to guarantee the best use of the product by the Customer


For this position the following skills are requested


- Basic knowledge of Aircraft and Aeronautics


- Knowledge of aircraft Systems


- Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Standard such as ATA iSpec 2200 and/or S1000d.- Experience with engineering tools such as CATIA.


-  Aircraft configuration Management


- Proactive, good team player and good organizational skills.


- Communication skills and assertiveness.


- English Advanced level is mandatory
