Professionals in the Division assess and actively manages risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. As the needs of our clients become increasingly complex, we often develop customized solutions. Primary Responsibilities This role is in FID BURM central team. The candidate will work closely with the wider FID BURM team and is expected to be comfortable to lead tasks independently, including the following: Interface with FID BURM teams to independently gather business requirements Create the automation book of work Propose tactical as well as strategic solutions Execute them in an efficient and timely manner Design, develop and maintain new and existing macros/databases Challenge the As-Is process and suggest ways to enhance process quality and productivity across teams Track and manage delivery of critical projects having significant business/process risk; with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Support the FID BURM central team and the management in achieving its strategic goals
