Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who is very proficient in reading, writing and interpreting/translating Nepali language.


Responsibilities



  • Research, monitoring of news, identification of relevant research data.



  • Record creation for allocated area of responsibility.



  • Assist SRA’s in communication with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers.



  • Monitoring upcoming elections in respective countries to ensure that relevant records are tracked & updated.



  • Sourcing, creating/maintaining World Check related news records for the various crime categories.



  • Brainstorming & suggesting data, content automation wherever possible.



  • Maximizes usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.



  • Completion of client requests and ongoing projects for respective areas.



  • Ensures data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness per company standards for their covered product/market.



  • Adhere to change control procedures, Content Operations standards and current data policies and procedures



  • Assist Senior Research Analystin projects & BAU



  • Take responsibility of end-to-endtesting content projects/process



Scope & Impact




  • Responsible for the quality of the team & own work, delivered within agreed timeframes and quality standards. 



  • Works independently within defined area, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge of sub projects



  • Makes recommendations for process improvements to immediate manager.



  • Decisions taken are made within guidelines set by World-Check. 



Required Skills



  • Proficient in reading, writing and translation of Nepali Language.




  • Knowledge of research tools & techniques



  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills are essential.



  • The ability to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic environment



  • Excellent attention to detail, eager to learn



  • Ability to work in different shifts (including night shifts).



  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment with a keen eye for detail



  • Content focused Project/Process testing



  • Flexibility and adaptability to change



  • Be a team player with a high level of initiative and proactive approach to work
