Customer Portfolio Manager – Cross sell and client servicing
- AM is expected to assist in retaining and growing customer relationships, business strategy, operational policies, regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Client’s Business activity to manage a portfolio of Business Banking clients
- Primary responsibilities would be 2 fold: Customer activation within Portfolio to generate Business and liaise with internal and external stakeholders towards servicing the client an adherence to internal guidelines.
- Managing a portfolio of clients, enhancing HSBC’s wallet share by deepening relationship. AM should also ensure that other HSBC products are actively cross-sold to increase wallet share. Understanding the customer’s needs and delivering the desired solutions will be one of the big challenges for the job-holder.
- Have a strong sense of how businesses work especially in the SME space and acumen for understanding business dynamics.
- AM to perform periodic due diligence on all relationships managed.
