Location: South Bengaluru
Your New Role:
- Doing a through research on the client and on client’s requirement.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and provide insights for service improvements.
- Maintaining a data base of APCs(Antal Placeable Candidates) for our future clients and collaborations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Graduate from any degree
- Good communication skills
- Willing to learn and grow
