Job Title: Associate Quality
Division: Weir Minerals
Location: WMI
Onsite



Key Responsibilities:
 
1    All machining supplier inspection as per plan 
2    In house Machining shop attending Andon issue 
3    Raising NCRs all foundry’s  
4    All Casting rejection and scrap activity 
5    Casting rework and follow ups
6    ECN Part OTSRs for machining suppliers 
7    audit observations follow up, closing from all machine supplier 
8    Involvement in Kaizens  Per plan
9    NPD part machining and prepared OTSR 
10    Reducing quality issues regarding conventional machine to CNC
11    Customer complaint action taken related machining supplier 
12    Periodic Material validation from the foundries lab activity 


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: ITI , Diploma in mechanical - 4 to 5 Yrs
