The Position


The Global Project Lead will primarily be responsible for driving and supporting key strategy projects that are linked to deliverables associated with the cross-functional Icodec project such as market performance tracking, LOI process & brand insights, to ensure the strong launch and uptake of Icodec.


Some important tasks mentioned below: -


  • Lead strategic commercial projects, typically in relation to deliverables associated with the Commercial Brand Team (CBT) and ensure projects are scoped and delivered with strong input and collaboration across functions and affiliates.


  • Support insights generation and analytics to identify, qualify and quantify areas of opportunity for Icodec and business growth.


  • The Project Lead will also be responsible for activities related to launch management system and review / approval of PAPs in collaboration with global project team.


  • Support reporting to senior management the successes, challenges, and risks as well as proposed mitigation plans to manage and to handle internal and external stakeholders.


  • Complete projects, ensures organisational impact and identifies next steps to create maximum value for each project and ensure ongoing management and oversight of budget.


Qualification & Experience


  • Graduate in Life Sciences or Pharma, with a postgraduate degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.


  • 10+ years of overall experience in leading commercial pharma project/pharma brand management.


  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to set vision and execute on plans


  • Solid experience from global product launches / development from a commercial perspective.


  • Strong analytical skills and ability to source and “digest” information from multiple data sets and make recommendations.


  • Strategic mindset and experience in developing business cases.


  • Project management skills/project ownership experience.


  • Strong capacity for work, managing and prioritising multiple projects, delivering high quality on time, very strong results-orientation.


  • High energy level, curiosity, ambition for self and for the brand.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


  • Mindset: Driven and entrepreneurial approach with proven track-record of being an independent thinker and change-agent.


Proven depth of strategic experience, preferably including:


  • Pre-launch experience.


  • Development and execution of strategy.


  • Quantification of market opportunities.

The Commercial, GBS unit, is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, market intel, forecasting, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product.
