The position

As an  Associate Project Director at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support and lead the development of complex business cases within the Neuroscience therapeutic area, establishing early commercial strategies for Novo Nordisk in this area.
• Utilize your expertise in financial evaluation and risk assessment to compile complex business cases, developing frameworks and tools for evaluation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and foster strong partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Utilize your skills in complex project management to plan, organize, and control resources and procedures for business processes.
• Apply your financial management skills to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for the project.
• Provide project management and executional support on the global strategy for early assets in the neuroscience pipeline and provide analytical support to the team in continuously refining commercial strategies and implementation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A PhD , commercial or scientific master’s degree.
• Minimum 9-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Disease or market knowledge within the Neuroscience therapeutic area is a clear advantage.
• Experience in a multinational organization and/or consultancy.
• Proven results from managing projects and implementing strategies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

The Commercial - GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Novo Nordisk’s commercial division. As a Global Associate Director - CVD, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
