Associate Professor-MBA Leadership Role (HOD) needed in MBA College in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Location: Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic policies and programs in accordance with AICTE guidelines.
  
• Provide leadership in curriculum development, delivery, and assessment to meet AICTE standards.
  
• Supervise faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation processes.
  
• Manage departmental resources efficiently and ensure compliance with AICTE regulations.
  
• Facilitate industry collaboration and placement activities as per AICTE norms.
  

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in MBA from a recognized institution (Phd in Finance or Marketing)
  
• Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience in AICTE-approved institutions.
  
• Familiarity with AICTE regulations and accreditation processes.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  

Salary: 1,00,000 to 1,50.000/-  (also based on previous salary)
