Job Description

Associate Professor-Cyber Security/AIML/AIDS/CSE needed for University in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Associate Professor Requirements:

 BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech-Cyber Security/AIML/AIDS/CSE, Ph.D. +3 years of experience in the relevant discipline / cadre approval in any recognized university

 Extensive experience teaching in an academic setting between 8 to 15 years or Equivalent industrial experience with ability to train students in academic environment

Key Responsibilities :

 Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate Students.

 Developing and delivering course material, curriculum and syllabus

 Assisting with the training and recruitment of new lecturers, teaching assistants, and Professors.

 To assist in academic administrative responsibilities required for various accreditation bodies across the year

 Conducting research, publishing papers, and attending conferences.

 Attending academic events and networking with other researchers and field experts.

 Supervising, advising, and mentoring teaching assistants and graduate students.

 Participating in faculty and departmental meetings.

 Shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting students for graduate programs.

 Organizing guest seminars and faculty events where students can interact with established industry professionals.

 Ready to travel at other higher education settings to gain experience and expand networks.

 Writing proposals to secure research funding.

Skills and Competencies:

 Proven academic, research / consultancy prowess

 Willingness to engage with a range of professionals and students

 A professional attitude, great work ethics

 Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills

 Expertise in either of these with basic ability in others research, consultancy, patent/product development

 Willingness to lead new initiatives across the institute

Salary Range : 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 (Based on the interview and previous salary)
