Nuclei is a global product company working with 18+ leading banks/BFSI institutions across Asia.
Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially the learnings from our previous startups/companies:
- Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.
- Build a company, not a startup. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business.

Who should apply?
- Someone with 1–3 years of experience working with software products.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of market trends, end-user needs, and the competitive landscape of the Fintech industry.
- A strong understanding of product development lifecycles, along with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Experience creating wireframes, defining metrics, and writing product requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring products meet global standards.
- Identify market opportunities by analysing end-user needs, bank requirements, regulatory conditions, competitive landscapes, and fintech trends to define a product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product deliverables by evaluating target users, revenue potential, market and technical feasibility, risks, ecosystem fit, and global scalability.
- Engage with clients on a day-to-day basis to gather and align business requirements for the product.
- Develop comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that detail the WHAT, WHY, MVP, milestones, success metrics, dependencies, user stories, acceptance criteria, error scenarios, and go-to-market strategy.
- Create wireframes and collaborate with the design team to produce low- and high-fidelity UI designs and UX flows, supported by usability testing.
- Conduct product walkthroughs for development and QA teams, resolve blockers, manage dependencies, validate technical specification documents, and collaborate with project managers for task creation and delivery.
- Maintain a stable build, measure product performance against defined metrics, and drive user acquisition and retention through effective marketing.
- Iterate and improve the product by gathering feedback from end-users and stakeholders, assessing any changes in the landscape, and incorporating features for future roadmap releases.
