Job Description

About the Role:

Responsibilities:


  • Interface with product owners, professional services, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze the product requirements and their prioritization.
  • Create product specifications and define detailed requirements, workflows and processes
  • Support creating and maintaining the product roadmap and plan releases
  • Work closely with teams in an agile environment, planning sprints, creating user stories and acceptance tests.
  • Prioritize and groom the development story backlog.
  • Write down the product documentation. Collaborate with technical writers to develop product documentation in the form of product descriptions, user guides, and release notes.
  • Provide internal (and sometimes customer-facing) product training
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders including senior management across various areas of Osttra including Technology, Business Development and PMO areas.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Business analysis acumen
  • Able to understand the big picture, yet drill down to the underlying details
  • Hands-on with broad technical knowledge - able to discuss detailed technical topics with developers
  • Understanding of the application life cycle and related methodologies
  • Experience in creating mind maps, workflows, and stakeholder maps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
