Job Description:

The incumbent will work with the Brand manager and Marketing Head on:

• Creating & editing live-action and product explainer videos
• Conceptualizing how the brand’s visual identity can be improved and made consistent to effectively communicate the brand value
• Artwork creation for brochures, documents, standees, exhibition booth, e-marketing campaigns, decks, and other marketing collateral
• Effectively managing multiple briefs at a time, prioritizing where necessary, providing updates where relevant
• Understanding which designs perform better based on the data, and brainstorming on the next creative concepts and ideas to be produced
• Transferring key marketing initiatives into high-quality consumer facing visuals
• Constantly think outside of the box to inspire change with new testing ideas
• Take initiatives to strengthen the value of design communicate effectively

MUST-HAVE:

1. At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
2. At least 2 years of Experience working on Consumer Tech / SaaS / New Age Tech / B2C products.
3. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, organization skills, and dedication to completing tasks/projects timely.
4. Exposure and experience in 2D animation and video editing using After-Effects & Adobe Premier Pro.
5. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, MS office.

GOOD-TO-HAVE:

1. Working knowledge of HTML design and Javascript
2. Experience of working in a cross-border and cross-functional environment
3. Strong communication skills
4. Exposure to specialist brand agencies
5. Experience working on brand revamp projects
