ABOUT THE TEAM ARC (Automation, Reinvention & Collaboration) team is part of Parametric Operations. This team is core to success of Parametric Operations and is inclined with vision of Ops2.0. This team works on identifying opportunities, developing prototype, building custom solutions and its implementations. This team also works with core technology team as SME from Operation. ABOUT THE ROLE As part of the Global Operations Team, the Operations Workflow Analyst is a hands-on contributor who plays a critical role in building an ecosystem and culture of process driven decision making in Operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Understand existing legacy process flow for multiple systems while sitting with the business users then identify potential change in process flow Define the process, Model the process as per new & optimized way, deploy it and support it on platform on this it is built In depth understanding of business mapping tool such as Camunda or Pega (Camunda is preferred) Deep understanding of process mapping orchestrator and its framework Think outside the box to design and develop complex dashboards Replace manual reporting process in Excel and use available data sets to enrich existing reports Leverage a deep understanding of operations data in all aspect of work
