S&P Global'sProspectus Delivery and Regulatory Solutions brings together solutions that help customers comply with regulatory requirements while reducing the risk, cost, and complexity of running their businesses. We are comprised of corporate actions and regulatory compliance provides a comprehensive suite of capital markets solutions to help clients meet their financing needs and focuses on raising capital for clients through the issuance of debt and equity securities in the global capital markets. Our operational expertise helps our clients with the appropriate debt structure, pricing, and timing of the issuance, and helps manage the placement of the securities with investors. Whether it is raising capital from debt and equity, providing trading and risk management services, or offering operational research and services to clients to help them navigate the complex global markets.



The Team 



  • The Prospectus Client Support team is seeking a high energy, detail driven and personable Client Service Analyst to lead our clients to the finish line. The Prospectus Client Services team supports ongoing client support, Outreach & Data Management.



The Impact: 



  • The Client Service Analyst will play a critical role as the main point of contact for our clients during their onboarding will also provide ongoing support thereafter. The Client Service Analyst will work with clients to ensure the client achieves the best experience while obtaining the most value from the Prospectus Delivery platform. In this role, the candidate will help drive the projects to success, deliver the best-in-class service to all stakeholders, train users, and achieve platform adoption.

Responsibilities



  • Prospectus Delivery Support: Ensure customers receive first class service consistent with S&P Global’ s expectations including but not limited to identifying and resolving client issues, following up with clients based on SLAs, conducting client demos, training clients on the platform, and managing additional client inquiries/needs as required.



  • Answering Client Inquiries: Addressing questions and concerns related to “Prospectus Delivery” application and posting on the “Prospectus Public” site



  • Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving client issues,such as creating users, troubleshooting access issues, and/or technical difficulties.



  • Client Communication:Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, both verbally and in writing. 



  • Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction. 



  • Knowledge of Products/Services:Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and policies. 



  • Escalation: Knowing when to escalate issues to appropriate personnel for resolution. 



  • Collaboration:Work with business partners to validate the integrity of data and documents loaded on the platform




What We’re Looking For:



  • Batchelor’s Degree



  • 0-2 years’ experience



  • Have an excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with priority clients and sales prospects



  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills



  • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders and leverage internal resources



  • Experience in handling Client Service is a plus



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • A customer service orientation with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.



  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.



  • Flexibility to work across shifts on a rotational basis.
