Overview This role is an integral part of the team, working across the user interaction product portfolio to support the delivery and management of the roadmap within the customer landscape and Business Units (BUs). It involves overseeing the testing regime in the BU and aligning & executing research efforts for the Market. The role contributes significantly to the execution of commercial and customer priorities, as well as the Perfect eStore best practices. Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of briefs and leveraging expertise in research and eCommerce to support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Hands-on setup and execution of user interaction testing using an external vendor platform, including alignment with market stakeholders to gather all necessary assets. Produce individual test analyses summarizing key findings and informing new best practices to be shared with both internal stakeholders and external customers. Support bi-weekly prioritization and provide status updates during governance calls to keep the roadmap up to date. Contribute to the creation of a knowledge base and best practices for the execution of user interaction testing. Qualifications Experience 5 to 7 years. Expertise in UX/UI or A/B user testing and methods; numerically oriented with strong analytical skills; ideally has experience in eCommerce. Exposure to broader UX design teams or capabilities, with experience in design thinking, UX, and design research; skilled at translating commercial briefs into technical hypotheses. Experience working with large stakeholder groups with conflicting priorities; strong project management skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and a strong track record of building relationships.
