Associate Manager/Sr. Analyst - Onboarding Projects

What we are looking for:
·Good understanding of the Operational process
·Experience in payment Domain or FinTech
·Hands on experience in collaborating with cross functional teams such as sales, product, Tech, and finance etc.
·Exceptional in writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and communication speaking skills

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive product and business-planning processes across cross-functional teams.
• Review & Analyse product integrated and design process solutions which are efficient and brings success to PayU's business.
• Overall 3+ years of experience in Operation 
• Define, Design, and maintain project charter & timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, product, operation and sales teams on developments, QA, and release of products or PG integration.
• Create process documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases and operational requirements.
• Define and measure operational Success matrix of product /PG post go-live.
• Conduct periodic review of existing processes and implement necessary changes in accordance with AI.
• Manage and control Service excellence through regular audit and survey.
