Overview Execute Reporting vertical responsibilities (of the Insights Services Hub) as part of the broader Global Transformational agenda, with specific geographic responsibility for one of the key teams: PFNA. Accelerate the PepsiCo business growth by contributing to the sub-team within the Hub responsible for creating/updating dashboards, delivering periodic and on-demand performance reviews and addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources. Responsibilities Execute against team charter for Reporting vertical Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools) Leverage business performance explanations from teams around the world to incorporate considerations beyond data into reporting Explain business performance, drivers and optimization opportunities Monitor key channel, customer, competitor (incl. PL) and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals Support Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers deliver against needs articularted by Business Partners within the Hubs to address the business questions and process requirements. Deliver against needs of stakeholders, requestors and sector/functional leaders Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope – in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts) Primary executor responsible for flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transfer. Process management 1. Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes) 2. Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations 3. Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop. Hub strategy delivery 1. Act as a delivery point of contact for all regular reporting & analysis needs for Business Partners as aligned 2. Support simplification, standardization and digitalization efforts (in cooperation with global and sector stakeholders) Qualifications A junior/mid-level insight or analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. • Education: Masters in marketing or management, economics, sociology, mathematics • Potential to develop leadership and influencing profile in line with Insights Leader of the future definition: Motivates action through fact-based material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making. Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources into key reports. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is a great story-teller. • Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working • Knowing the Business Cold: Can easily see how insights/research learning can improve businesses impact and frames up reporting efforts and opportunities to inform business decisions • Proven analytics, shopper research experience, consumer insights experience or commercial experience in a combination with strong analytical skills • High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRi (POS and HH panel), GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel, etc. • Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually • Experience with Agile development methods, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL, R and SPSS desired • Managerial experience: not needed • Fluent English – obligatory
