Essential Functions:
- Deploy and configure MS Intune, Windows Device Enrollment, and application management.
- Configure application management policies for Azure AD/Hybrid AD Joined devices.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Auto Pilot, Windows Hello for Business, Defender ATP, and Azure ATP.
- Implement configuration profiles, compliance policies, and manage EMS for data protection.
- Implement security and configuration policies for Windows devices, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Expert in managing Windows updates via Intune, optimizing deployment processes.
- Configure mobile device policies, manage BYOD and corporate devices, and handle vendor coordination.
- Fair knowledge of Azure AD, AAD Connect, GPO, and Conditional Access Policies.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for Windows device enrollment, policy application, and application issues.
- Knowledge on Integrating Intune with other Microsoft solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Autopilot).
- Handle critical escalations, provide expert guidance, and manage complex Intune issues.
- Experience in migrating from other MDM solutions to Intune and supporting other MDM platform like Workspace One.
- Work closely with IT teams to share best practices and provide training on Windows management via Intune.
