Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY.


The Associate Manager  provides operational assistance for the Administration activities for the site. This includes assistance & execution of activities such as Housekeeping, Transportation, Pest Control, Canteen management, Billing and other activities at the site.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES


Key Areas


Activities


Contract labour Management


Supervise Entry & exits of contingents, labour compliances documentation.


Canteen Management


Assist end to end canteen operations, supervise Dining halls up keeping.


Pest Control management


Ensure all pest control activates as per schedule. Maintain books & records. Review SOPs. Documentation Support in audits.


Plant Up keeping


Responsible for plant housekeeping, General cleaning, special cleaning, sanitization, disinfection.


Laundry Operations


Ensure hassle free laundry operations & timely supply of washed garments to manufacturing process.


Others


Event Management, Purchase requisitions, Verification of all admin bills, GFS Queries, Material Stores & issues, Airtel network services, Drinking water facility, F & B, Guest Management, Hotel bookings, Off site meetings etc.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS


Preferred Education/ Qualification (Eg. Diploma, Certificates, bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree, licenses, technical certification)


Graduate in any stream from a recognized university. MBA or Postgraduate or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration etc


Experience (type and length of experience needed to perform effectively)


At least 6-8 years of relevant management experience in a large-scale organization


Core Competencies (refers to skills, knowledge and attributes that an employee must possess to be competent in the position


Supervisory skills


Standards, Processes & Policies


cGMP, Employment related laws and regulations Contract Labour Management, Complying with Global Human Resources Policies , employment related laws


DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
