We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Lead Architect
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with colleagues from Group Architecture & the role holder will contribute to the execution of priority deliverables which are targeted at evolving the capability and ways of working of the Practice.
- Own the solution architecture framework agreeing new requirements with stakeholders, design of the framework and managing the future roadmap and change backlog to improve the Solution Design process and supporting artefacts.
- Architecture impact analysis
- Solution design to better embed reference architectures and make them easier for engineering to consume
- Architecture deviation management
- Support the Chief Architects and Portfolio Architects in ensuring that various Architecture Assurance and Governance are carried out as per the requirement and in transitioning new ways of working of the Practice
- Ensure the processes are documented and kept up-to-date / refreshed as and when changes happen
- Provide direction / guide / support the other team members in the Architecture Community to assure a well running support model
- Maintaining the team backlog with input from Group Architecture team/Chief Architects, Practice Leads and other stakeholders, the jobholder has the primary responsibility for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog.
- Enable Group Architecture as Iterative and Agile teams serve a larger purpose; the frequent, reliable, and continuous release of value-added solutions/delivery.
- Address larger impediments by working across teams to define and implement improvement stories that will increase the velocity and quality of the solutions/delivery.
