  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights on labour law compliance

  • Review and draft employment contracts, HR policies, termination agreements, and internal guidelines

  • Conduct labour law due diligence for M&A, business restructuring, and corporate transactions

  • Perform compliance audits and develop SOPs for statutory and regulatory compliance

  • Provide advisory support on matters relating to contract labour, retrenchment, and workplace safety

  • Assist in handling large-scale employee exits, severance planning, and VRS strategies

  • Liaise with clients during inspections and regulatory inquiries

  • Stay updated on legislative developments, government notifications, and judicial precedents

Qualifications & Skills
  • LL.B. from a recognized institution

  • 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in employment/labour law

  • In-depth understanding of Indian labour and employment laws and statutory frameworks

  • Familiarity with financial implications of compensation structuring and labour code changes

  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

  • Effective communicator with client advisory experience

  • Prior experience with due diligence, compliance audits, or labour litigation is a plus

What We Offer
  • Exposure to high-value and complex employment law matters

  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of legal and financial strategy

  • Supportive and growth-oriented work culture

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance
