About the Role:

OML is looking for someone to lead its IT operations. This role will hold  accountable for smooth running


of our systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and resolve the issue.


Fixed Term Contract - 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be required to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve technical issues within the agreed time frame.


  • You will be accountable for fixed assets management, laptop configuration, account setup, (Mail, Slack, Basic softwares & software subscriptions).


  • You will be required to manage & maintain Network Configuration, Servers, WiFi Router and Network devices.


  • Ensure all issues are properly logged and communicated to the end user on a timely basis.


  • Will be responsible for developing network maintenance and growth plans, creating annual and project budgets, keeping up to date on the latest networking technologies.


  • Prioritization and managing Incidents and Service requests.


  • Will be required to manage vendors.


  • Audio & Video conferencing setup.


  • Qualification & Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Information Technology with 2+ years of relevant experience.


    • Must have 2 - 5 experience and strong skills of Apple Mac and Windows Operating System.


    • Should have hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, etc), Printer/scanner troubleshooting, basic network troubleshooting.


    • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.


    • Hands-on experience on Installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks.


    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, familiarity with remote desktop applications, help desk and ticketing software.


    • Knowledge of CCTV(DVR/NVR) administration
