Background on the Team Investor Services India team acts as an extension of the onshore team and is responsible for handling queries from Business units, Fund Administrators, Vendors, and Investors. The team is responsible for vendor oversight and review / resolution of data quality breaks pertaining to Investor, Investment and AUM data. Investor Services team is also responsible for Investor Portal access management. Responsibilities Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and testing. Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and user experience. Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and dashboard usage. Provide training and support to other members of the team on Tableau / Power BI tools and best practices.
