Description: The Instructional Designer is integral to the growth strategy of the organization of the Virtual Client Solutions Organization (VCS). We translate business requirements, systems/tools, programs, and products into learning for the organization. Our goal is to create an innovative personalized learning experience in everything we do. The Instructional Designer role will focus primarily on creating custom training deliverables in support of new programs, system processes, technology releases, and firm initiatives. The role will also be responsible with authoring, reviewing, and publishing Knowledge Management content while ensuring it is accurate, concise, and clear. Duties and Responsibilities: > Participate in training design and development of key content for Virtual Client Solutions > Design and develop training of all forms (including but not limited to videos, e-learning courses, quick reference materials, online reference materials, virtual instructor led training, facilitator guides sandbox environments, etc.). > Partner with key subject matter experts to understand content need and design and develop effective training content. > Load courseware to a Content Management System, interlinking content to internal and external content as needed, and managing pages within the site for clean, intuitive, accurate display. > Document workflow processes end to end for on the job performance support. > Create, capture, curate, organize, and assess knowledge assets located in 3DR or Salesforce Knowledge Management. > Conduct course and knowledge management content reviews ensuring accuracy of information via feedback or regularly scheduled maintenance schedule. > Assist with internal projects promoting efficient work processes while mitigating risk. Education and/or Experience: > Bachelor's degree or equivalent education experience required. > 5+ years of industry experience preferred. > Intermediate experience working with eLearning development tools (examples Articulate Storyline / Rise, Lectora, or Captivate) required. > Beginner to Intermediate experience with Agile development and rapid prototyping.
